This financial uncertainty leaves practices struggling to stay afloat, while valuable revenue slips through the cracks.

Joyful Health is building the AI-powered financial operating system for healthcare practices. Our mission is to bring the joy back to running a private practice by simplifying financial operations so providers can focus on patient care. We spent 10 months working as fractional CFOs for a dozen practices, doing this work side by side with providers as we developed our product.

The Role

Role Description

We're looking for a Founding Sales Hire to build and lead our sales function at Joyful Health. As our first dedicated sales team member, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, while establishing the processes and systems that will scale our revenue growth.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role perfect for an experienced sales professional who thrives in early-stage environments. You'll be selling our revenue recovery services to outpatient healthcare practices (10-200+ providers) with deal sizes averaging 6-figure ACV.

You should have a proven track record selling to healthcare practices, ideally with RCM/billing experience. This role requires someone who's comfortable building from scratch - you'll establish our outbound motion, optimize our inbound channels, and create the sales infrastructure that enables our next phase of growth.

This role is full-time and based in NYC. We'll provide relocation assistance for the right candidate.
